Totally not what was planned

Went out for a morning to ‘Teapot Island’, a tourist attraction in Yalding, Kent. When we arrived the river was flowing extremely quickly ( extra ), perfect for a long exposure image. Tripod was erected, focus sorted, filters applied, exposure calculated then someone closed the sluice gates at the weir, reducing the river to a gentle flow. Still I managed to get a long exposure of the river, just not what I wanted.
