Squabbles

Early morning at Fradley Pool, it was misty and damp. The younger birds were happily squabbling over food.

Extra : On the canal there was the makings of a drama. Mummy swan and three cygnets were just across from the parking area. Daddy swan was hissing at anyone who looked likely to want to help. Two of the cygnets were being angelic by their mum. But there’s always one ! He couldn’t get back up on to the bank even after several attempts. She was getting fed up. He got bored, and gently and cutely swam away.
