Kitchen dereliction or Squash: the after-life

Oh dear - I had plans for this roasted butternut squash a couple of days ago - it was to be added to a salad with feta cheese pine nuts and other lovely ingredients. Ho hum and the poor thing was left behind underneath a cover ..forgotten.
