WFH AM; and at 1330 I scooted off to school to pick up Alex for his quarterly diabetes assessment across town. 

All good (OK, he needs to change his injection points a bit (!) but lower overall figures which is good)

For the 3rd time in succession I strode out of the Sick Kids and waited seconds before an 8hove into view; straight to Craigie for practice for Alex. I walked home for the bikes and cycled back up in time to fetch him.

Spag bol before Tom went out for Morgan's birthday. Europa League final was being shown at the OT on a cinema screen so 5 of them went down to watch it (Morgan being a fan of MUFC) Of course it went to extra time and penalties so at 14 / on a school night, he arrived home at 2315...!
