Ghost on the bridge

What I thought:

There’s still plenty of water after the rains last week. I should bring my tripod and do some long exposures; smooth out the moving water, kind of thing. Should make a good photo.

What I got:

The water is barely moving. The nearby wetland is now very wet. It is late spring.

Who likes these conditions? Mosquitoes, that’s who.

Ahem.
