Year 2 Day 68 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic.  First UK Vaccine 174 days ago. England & Wales open. Minor restrictions.

A sunny hot Bank Holiday, any travelling was best avoided so a walk some fifteen minutes from our house saw us in Newland in The Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. These 1626AD cottage next to the church grabbed my attention and the dog ambling across the scene added to it.

Back home it was more jobs around the house, installing an 'attic hatch' in my 'man den' in the car port to keep the swallows and wagtails from nesting inside and making a mess!
