Just Resting

Hottest day of the year? Nope, haar. Sudden return to form on the golf course this morning? Nope, still dodgy. Cukes doing well at the allotment? Nope, hardly alive. Anything else doing well? Yes!! Rocket, kale, coriander, spuds, peas, all looking good. There are berries set on the gooseberry, redcurrant and blueberry bushes and the brambles are brambling away merrily and about to flower. Great stuff!

Last episode of Mare of Easttown tonight and I didn’t see that coming. It’s been a good series.
