Happy Place....

Now for each of us we all have our own "Happy Place".

For me if it involves Fire, Ice or Water then it is a huge thumbs up!

So today after a day that consisted of
Indoor Painting of Bedroom
Cheeky wee weighted circuit at lunchtime
Spot of "Taps Aff"... (a wee bit toooo long)
Back to more indoor painting,....

I decided to head back to the pool for a wee training sesh (the image is looking from the road to the pool)

Really good to get back into the water and as a bonus the "Steam Room" was open.

So tomorrow night it's back for an outdoor swim.

It's been a while!!
