Poor Lottie was left alone this afternoon as we went for a ruby wedding anniversary lunch at a neighbours' house. She seems to have forgiven us!

We started off in the garden, then as the haar drifted back in, even though we were swathed in blankets and scarves by this point, we retreated into the house! Strange after so long but it was so good to be sitting round a table, enjoying food and company again.
