Pensive pacing

@ 6.25am minutes before I left for hospital. Yes, surgery in a few hours.

Cold, dark and raining.... Feeling nervous, tired and hungry....

Weird though, hours later I'm full of tubes, bed ridden and totally reliant on wonderful professionals and technology.

Yes, I'm back and doing ok. It will take me a while to catch up with my blips and to feel up to rejoining you fantastic community of blippers.

I read the comments on my last post (seems so long ago) and my eyes welled up.
