"I see no ships!"

Today the birdwatching group went to Pwll Penarth Nature Reserve.  As is typical, we saw hardly any birds yet on our recce there were lots.

Where the reed warblers were nesting we saw a mink, I shall contact the wildlife trust about it tomorrow.  It was probably making the birds lie low.

We saw an adult and juvenile dipper in the River Severn which was the highlight of the trip.  My blip is of three members of the group watching them.
