Splits and Corners

Genesis - Tonight, Tonight, Tonight

A silent walk home in the darkness. More corners and pathways. Decided not to listen to music this evening, just to focus on the now and being present. I know where I’m going but I’m lost.

The chimes of a construction, metal hitting metal in the wind is calming. The breeze sings through the alleyways.

Been listening to a lot of Phil Collins since watching Against All Odds and really enjoying the sound. Slipping into Genesis (post Peter Gabriel) I’m really enjoying it and didn’t realise how many of their songs I mistook for Phil Collins solo. You can start a debate about that.
