Surprise poppy

While I'm waiting and getting rather impatient for the frilly soft pink huge oriental poppy buds to open (which they still haven't done obviously) this delicate little beauty has appeared out of the blue. While it doesn't really need any decoration I've added a bit of crinkled texture to the image. For Flower Friday, with thanks to Anni/BikerBear for always hosting :-)

DJ is all happy now that Ziggo Sport suddenly is showing live cricket (The Netherlands vs Ireland) on tv (that's really a first) !
