Iris

It really feels as if things are getting back to almost normal. When we aren't in lockdown there is always a coffee morning in our town hall in aid of various organisations. Today it was the church's turn so after doing some necessary shopping we went for a coffee. There is always a cake stall and, even better, some dairy free cakes. Gluten free too and even vegan. My friend M does a super job of baking during the week even though she and J were looking after their grandchildren. So Guy has a lovely chocolate sponge to have instead of biscuits with his after lunch coffee.

After lunch we both spent an hour and a half in the garden. This iris opened this morning and I thought it would be perfect for Flower Friday. An in-camera double exposure.
