Little Tom ( age nearly three) has acquired a magnifying glass from his granddad and wanted to go looking for ladybirds in the garden.  We found these two . He was suitably impressed.
Had all the family round for a barbecue this evening and as luck would have it there was a visit from the Red Arrows. Clever of us to arrange that eh? Well I think they were doing a display at a nearby airshow but anyway it was impressive.
I didn't get any photos of them because I was too busy setting up a photo of the family!
