I barely slept and started the day on some ironing instead of my planned run.

I was just about to start working when my Dad appeared wanting I pad support. It wasn't a quick fix and I had urgent work business to attend to. I asked him to leave it with me. One of the downsides of Hybrid working. I think many of his generation do not think that working from home is proper work.
