The Lighted Life

Strangers in the Light

This is a backblip shot in the streets of Chicago on March 7 with a Nikon F3 loaded with Ilford HP5 Plus film at 400 ISO. The Nikkor 50mm lens may have been set around 2.8 but, this is film, and I love the fact that I cannot tell you what the settings were. These film was processed by Linhoff Imaging which has only been in business since 1954. Long live old world photo centers as there are so very few of them left. The image is untouched by any digital processing by the way.

Oh my, I LOVE FILM!!!!
