A lovely day for it

HtP and I joined other volunteers litter picking at a big open green space. It was great to meet other people and take part in something that is good for the area. The image shows the van that took away the collected rubbish. I’m pleased to say that we didn’t pick up much. The extra is the bag hoops stashed away afterwards.

We then popped into town before working down the drive. Lots of little saplings had grown into quite large trees. They’ve now been removed and shredded.

While he worked I weeded the other side.

We’ve then had pizzas. A really good day
