Jill & Natty

Lovely day at Scone Palace today. I don't go for a walk as I still have my leg in plaster, so I just sit by the car while the four ladies (2 humans, 2 dogs) go for a walk in the grounds.
Unfortunately, despite 3 operations now, Natty's mouth cancer has returned in vigorous form and no further surgery is advisable. We are now faced with the difficult decision of when to call it a day and save her from any pain and suffering. She still enjoys her food (she's a labrador!) but she is nearly 13 and getting about is a bit more difficult for her these days.
The extras show Jill with Millie, who has now had her haircut, and one of the magnificent rhododendron bushes in the grounds
It is much quieter at Scone Palace these days as none of the tour buses are here for obvious reasons. It is much nicer without them but the Palace really needs them to bring in the money.
