157/365 Remembering !

157/365 6th June  Remembering ! 77 years ago on 6th June 1944 was D Day, today a small service was held at the Town Council offices at Mountfield the site of a memorial to the American troops who were stationed around the area, they were some of the first to go ashore along with thousands of other allied servicemen. We remembered all there sacrifices.
