Flowering Cactus

We drove to the Mexico/U.S. border the other day which is about an hour north of town. We saw a huge amount of flowering cacti, but I didn't find a good place to pull over for photos. This morning I found a large cactus downtown that was also in bloom so I made the most of it. This arm was about five meters off the ground so there was no need for close up extension tubes.
