Kings Canyon on Luritja country

Today’s walk was through the canyon following the ancient creek bed and waterhole.
There were a prolific number of budgerigars and WW got some great shots of nesting parents with their chicks.
The wildflowers covered the sides of the cliffs and the plant diversity was fantastic including holly grevellias, quandongs and a purple variety of the flowers we loved at Uluru commonly known as yellow tails or Ptilotus nobilis.
Please see a few extras from the canyon creek walk.
