To the rescue

Walking past one of my bird feeders I spotted this stuck in the water bowl, struggling unsuccessfully to get out. I went and got this stick and placed in in the water next to it and out it climbed. After walking around on the stick for a short while the sun had dried it sufficiently for it to be able to fly off.
