Mix up

There were loads of us at work today with very little to do. I offered to go home (and lose pay of course).
The shopping got done on the way home and I scrubbed my car inside and out - it was very dirty.
The battery in Toms car is now so flat the key fob won’t work. He can’t even unlock it manually. Various phone calls have been made...
Will is in the middle of self isolation because a customer at the pub tested positive for COVID. The pub will be closed till the end of the month. He’s handing in his notice next week because he’s moving back home.
