Is it Spain or Portugal or the River Mersey???

As 'someone' was worried that the Mersey had been stolen I thought I had better  show it is back.
It does that - something to do with the Moon and Gravity and stuff.

Anyway - it's back - or it was a few hours ago - and here is the proof.
 A nice beach on the estuary between Speke and Hale.

It was that or an Aeroplane landing at the airport!
