A quick practical intro to maps and navigation as part of the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award. The giant compass and the really rather big map (1:25000 information printed at 1:2500 scale onto vinyl banner material) make it easy to get everyone involved... But to be fair this is a super sporty and active school and I think we'll find it hard to challenge them over the next few days.
