Surprise!

Walked into a gloriously sunny garden this morning to watch M making a foundation for his shed. Saw these coming up, and when I brushed off the dried leaves covering them, they opened up as I watched, just like a speeded up film.

Must have planted the bulbs sometime we were home from Brazil, but can't remember what they are - aconites? Am sure some blipper will tell me...
