Wide Wednesday - Connected

This is the calm before the storm this morning as we made our way down the road to the small park. It was very cold again and as we passed the lake the ibis were honking and the last of these autumn leaves were still on the tree.

As the wind came in a short time later I saw many of the ibis leaving for a better spot to weather the storm and I think all those leaves would have been blown away unless they were connected with super glue lol ;o)
