Tryst

The male demoiselle is blue and the female is green and these two seemed to be enjoying each other's company. It was interesting watching them along the riverbank as there were groups of maybe ten males chasing singular females, which I hadn't seen before.

In other news, it had become apparent that our bread purchasing system wasn't working, now that there isn't a bakery within walking distance, so we have invested in a breadmaker. We had one once before but it wasn't all that good; this one however made an excellent white loaf today and I'm looking forward to trying out all the different recipes.
