Sgwarnog: In the Field

Heath

Small Heath are the most numerous butterfly for me at the moment, as I still await the summer wave of Large Skipper, Ringlet and Meadow Brown. There are always five or six kicking around in the old quarries at Moorside, and if I had a moment to venture further onto to the moor I’m sure I’d find more.
