Out to Lunch

It was ‘The Tuner’s’ birthday today so we drove to the historic town of Clyde for lunch, about an hour’s drive from Wanaka.  The main pic is the restaurant and the extra a funny sign that we have never noticed before.
There was yet another inversion layer over the lake when we left and although the cloud lifted a little as we left the lake behind it remained slate grey the whole day.  Never mind, the lunch was delicious and the old restaurant warm.  The day ended with the usual Friday drink with our friends.
