Welcome to the future.

We always try the latest tech to see if it could add anything to the efficiency, quality, or retention value of our trainings. This time I managed to get hold of a realwear HMT-1 for a testing period of two weeks and I took it to our customer where we are launching a new forklift truck. We had a lot of fun with it.

It includes a 16mp camera with flash, a wifi connection, speakers and mic and the fancy thing in front of my colleague’s right eye is a small projector (1920x1080) that you can see by just looking down a bit. It is excellent for support on the job as someone can view what you see along with you and annotate that view on the projector, among other cool things it can do.

It’s just a tad pricey…
