Watery Wall

On my way from some training at Moseley Hall Hospital back to the office this afternoon, I passed this water feature in the city centre. I've never paid it much mind before, and now that I've photographed it I have no idea what it's getting at...

Ele left today. Office life won't be as bright anymore...
