Notes: Woke feeling groggy again but wanted to shake it off so was able to don running clothes and go for a short 2 miles or so. Quiet morning and very still - quiet wonderful but the still humid and thick. Sweat dripping off me for quite a while after finishing. Early short stint at the pool with clouds moving in and out - completely had it to myself tho so cherishing that solitude (brings many memories of Hotel Mousai - 4 yrs ago already!). Made the healthy light "pizza" with fresh greens and homemade dressing and relaxed rest of the day.
