Day 455 - Friday

I had calls in the morning, cleaners were in and a coaching call with Hazel at 1:30pm.
I made progress with the program and am so much more in flow.
I went for a quick coffee (and a canolo) to Sara, before I attacked editing McDug further.
I feel much better not pressuring myself to get bog work done earlier, when I am actually much better in the evenings.
It feels good and works also with Neil who is often busy at evenings.
