Day 71 of 365 - Rising up from the Ruins!

Welcome to day 71 of 365 (this is the finished image after editing).

The original photo was taken in the Ruins of the Old Cathedral in Coventry. Standing near to the altar of rubble and looking up towards the tower and spire.

As always the shot was taken with my iPhone 5. The photo was taken today using the App GCam for iPhone, saved as a TIFF file. The original image can be found here: Unedited original Image.

First of all I used PhotoForge2 to edit the image. The edits were made by sharpening the image a little then adjusting the colour vibrance and adding just a very small dark Vignette. Finally I finished off the picture using the App TangledFX to boost the overall image tone.
