Sublime

I thought sublime was an appropriate adjective to describe this apricot, peach, and yellow-hued begonia.

I am in Bend, Oregon visiting a friend of 45+ years. It’s delightful to have a change of scenery, and to spend time with someone I know so well.

I just finished re-reading The Pilot’s Wife, by Anita Shreve. Although I read it at least 15 years ago, I was surprised at how much of it I didn’t remember. Excellent writing and a great story.
