Morning Walk

I went out with Phil and Hamish today on their morning walk in the neighborhood. It was interesting to see the changes since the last time I'd walked with them, including these wild grasses, bedecked with tiny water droplets.

Hamish enjoyed washing his face in the shorter grasses -- you can see the effect in the extra photo.

Later today I participated in a subcommittee meeting of the Whatcom Chorale Board. It was such a treat to see four familiar faces sans masks! We accomplished a lot in our meeting and are looking forward to September when the full Chorale gathers again, while  respecting health safety rules.
