Collecting shells

Sunday
Up early with Arthur and he had completed numerous jigsaws before everyone else got up for breakfast.
We had a walk along the river from school brae to Cramond foreshore. Takeaway coffees from Cramond bistro and an ice cream for Arthur. It was really quite warm so we wandered down to the beach which was actually quite busy. The tide was well out and grandad and Arthur went off to look for shells and small stones to throw into the puddles. We sat and watched, enjoying the sunshine.
Back home for brunch in the garden. Calum came over about 1ish to watch the football with Dennis, then it was time for Gavin, Emma and Arthur to head back to Glasgow.
