Sunshine in the Morning

Beautiful morning today and what a sight for sore eyes seeing the big red ball of fire coming up over the hill! Early blip for me as I am going to be busy today, got to try a squeeze a gym session in as well so I can fit a bit more comfortably into my Welsh top on the 25th!

Thanks for all my birthday wish yesterday it meant a lot!
