After the storm

We had quite the storm last night. We ate dinner al fresco and we watched the storm roll in. There was thunder and some lightening. We fled into the house. Not a good time for storms as it's time to bring the cherry harvest in. Rain and then sun can cause the cherries to split. Helicopters are employed in the valley and fly low over the field to dry the cherries off. Crazy! Anyway, this photo was taken late in the afternoon and the sun decided to shine thru. The light was gorgeous.
