Unseasonal

These pansies, in a corner of the 'yard, clearly don't know that they're supposed to be 'winter pansies'. Somehow they've managed to avoid the attentions of rampaging blackbirds, have  provided colour throughout the Spring, and they're still going strong.

Enjoyed a coffee with Jacqui this morning, sitting in her garden putting the world to rights. Home for lunch, after which MrM and I sat down for an hour or so to work out what we still need to do before Warwick Folk Festival, assuming that it's still going ahead in 4 weeks' time. A lot of effort and pre-event expense for one festival, but after chatting with Hugh and then Denny on the phone, decided to be positive about it. If we sell one instrument it will be worth it, and it will be good to see friends again after such a long time.
