New toy!

I've been waiting for Nikon to announce the 105mm Macro lens for the Z system, which they did earlier this week. At a price of £1,000!

I decided the F-mount VR macro lens would therefore work just as well with the Z convertor, so I visited Ebay and bought a mint condition one for a fraction of the price of the Z lens. It arrived today and I spent a few hours putting it through it's paces. I'm very impressed with it, and rather liked the bee on a daisy here.

Of course, it looks best large on black!
