The bird equivalent of a diaper change

Or Dad cleans up the place. I haven't seen much of the wrens this summer and not every birdhouse is occupied , unlike last year when they grabbed every one. But! the (ahem ) chickadee house seems to be popular and is currently occupied by babies. It is unfortunate that it is shaded by the trees so the ISO is quite high. I did catch a slightly blurry and highly cropped Dad coming out with a fecal sac as he cleans up after those darn kids. They are so messy! Just wait till they fledge! ( I hope I am home).
I will never get to see it but the pine is hosting a red eyed vireo -who never shuts up. sings all day just to be a tease I think.
