Sally Mair - Loving life

By Sallymair

Bee bumble!

...... how many said, and the stingers? This point is clearly enjoying revelling in the geranium.

SPOILER ALERT

This may be a very confused entry as I'm watching the football (for posterity - Scotland v England at Wembley in the Euros!) with Ali and her friend Rachel and Scotland almost scored.
Today I've been buzzing around lots, down to Seafield with Katy and Isobel first thing. I went into various places stocking up on snacks and things for this evening.
I spent the afternoon finally cleaning out the pots in the front garden and putting in some of the almost dead bedding I bought ages ago. A friend texted though to say he'd just gone past and had looked down from upstairs on the bus and that the garden looked great. Nice to know.
Ali and I had a nice catch up and fish fingers and chips with fresh tartare sauce for tea followed by strawberries and ice cream. A lovely summer teatime treat.
We are now watching the football and eating the nibbles. May the best team win, of course. SCOTLAND!
If you haven't seen it there's a hilarious clip on the BBC news website of a plane full of Scotland supporters singing "Yes sir, I can boogie! ". We won't mention the shortage of masks, but the plane looks like it's actually bouncing mid air. Nobody can accuse the Scots of being half hearted in their support.

We won 0-0!

Keep safe and well folks, it's horrible watching these numbers going up, we'll just have to pray the vaccine is doing its work.
