Summit

Today we had breakfast at the campsite then played for a bit until the rain cleared.

Then we went and walked up Kinnoull Hill, and had a picnic lunch with a lovely view.  The boys are pictured here at the summit - they loved the walk up through the forest where they clambered on fallen trees, collected sticks, played hide and seek, and generally rampaged.  The afternoon was spend at South Inch Park, with lots more rampaging and  climbing, leaping, swinging, zipping, bouncing and digging.  

After dinner our friends headed back to Edinburgh so we went exploring on our bikes - down to the River Tay and round Perth Racecourse.

We finished the day off with a late dessert treat of tinned fruit cocktail!
