Repaired and modified. The modification being, to cut off the too easily damaged mains flex, and fit an IEC mains socket to the case - same sort of three pin connector used by a lot of electrical equipment that have detachable leads. As well as making the equipment safer, it's much faster to portable appliance test, and tidier to store  away without flex and a plug trailing about.

Offered to modify this one numerous times in the past, but that person was never keen to let me do so (whilst here). Suspect that was because he feared I'd take the power supply back, as he'd borrowed it from us without asking. Well someone else found out very recently why I'd started modified the majority of the others back in 2006, when what I'd predicted would happen, did, with a load bang. Fortunately no one was hurt, though someone had a bit of fright... but not a shock.
