Cocktail Time

Today I replicated a drink we had in Portland, OR in 2004, when we were living there. The Tuscan Orange Crush: one part vodka, a dash of Cointreau, a squeeze of orange juice, San Pellegrino Orange Aranciatta, and plenty of crushed ice. A perfect summer drink. And so the Father’s Day celebrations started.
