A special plant for Fathers Day

I am impressed by this plant but D3 will not tell me if she grew it from a seed or a cutting. In fact she would not give me any horticultural advice about it at all.
It looks in perfect condition but I must tell you at least two of its fruits fell off into my mouth while I has photographing it for Blip
