South Downs Way

Seemed to have picked a good day weather-wise for my day off. Spent the morning out on my bike along the South Downs, which run from all the way from Winchester along to East Sussex.

Followed the South Downs Way route for about 20 mile starting at Cheesefoot head (pictured) in cold but more than welcome sunshine. The scenary is spectacular and almost makes you forget about the pain of cycling up some of the frequent inclines!
